Policies and Procedures


Spa service reservations can be made via our website using the “book now” link, or by calling us directly at 615.850.8443. A credit card or gift card is required for all spa reservations. For Day Packages of any type a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Spa Hours

The Spa is open Monday - Thursday (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM); Friday and Saturday (10am-6pm; Sunday (11:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Guest Cancellations

We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all spa services. Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged a 100% fee. No-shows will be charged a 100% fee. Any day package or party service(s) not cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time and any no-shows will be charged the full service price to the credit card used to secure appointments.

Late Arrivals

In fairness to other clients, we attempt to maintain an on-time appointment policy. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension and will be responsible for full service fees.

Take Time to Relax

Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. First time clients will need to fill out paperwork, and we want you to make the most of your spa experience. This includes leisurely enjoying our relaxation room with a warm neck wrap, cup of hot tea, refreshing spa water or glass of wine.


To maintain our serene atmosphere, we ask that you not bring children to Riviera Spa. We do however allow children to enjoy certain spa treatments under the following guidelines: children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and anyone under the age of 18 must have an adult sign their initial consultation form.


Robes, spa sandals, and towels are provided.

Cell Phones and Personal Property

We ask that you turn off your cell phone and other communication devices as a courtesy to other guests. Purses and bags are not allowed in the treatment rooms. Please make sure all valuables are left at home or placed in lockers provided. Riviera Spa and its employees are not responsible for lost or damaged items.


We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. There will be a $25 charge for all returned checks.


Gratuity not necessary, but appreciated.

Gift Cards, Products and Packages

Gift cards are available in any denomination and for any treatment. Gift cards are non-refundable, and expire 2 years after purchase date. Retail products are FINAL SALE.
